Portland, OR / August 3, 2020 / 0900 / 150 rounds fired at Apartment Complex
SIGACTS/SITREP: On the evening of Friday, July 31st, 2020 a fire fight took place at an apartment complex near the 600 Block of NE 87th Avenue in Portland. The apartment complex, multiple vehicles and one woman were hit (non-life threatening injuries). No arrests were made and speculation is that it may have been increased gang violence due to limited police resources as a result of the protests.
RECOMMENDATION: Due to the increased protests in Portland the police have fewer resources to deal with existing crime and gang violence. Exercise increased vigilance and situational awareness within the city limits of Portland including areas where protests are not taking place.

Seattle, Washington / 3 AUG 2020 / Seattle City Council Prepares to Abolish Police Force
SITREP: Seattle City Council is drafting a resolution to transfer the City of Seattle Police Department’s functions to other existing departments and create a civilian led Department of Community Safety & Violence Prevention. The draft resolution states that the Seattle City Council intends to consider legislation to implement these changes by the end of November 2020.

BE VERY WARY of anyone attempting to "organize" people on this board with an effort to documenting lists of people BEFORE THERE IS ANY VETTING. It is obvious that if you already know people then they are pre-vetted. I would propose that right now the ANTIFA / BLM organization has already found this website and is attempting to get ID's on people before we are able to organize and create a proper OPSEC for our side.
This issue is already being examined but a solution will not be coming over night. You can organize among yourselves all you like but do so with EXTREME caution. Be patient and diligent rather than be sorry.
