Portland, OR / 8/13/2020 / 1900 / Portland Police Chief ‘Prefers’ not to make arrests
SIGACTS/SITREP: In reaction to the Multnomah County District Attorney saying he won’t prosecute many of the ‘misdemeanor’ arrests, the Portland Chief of Police said he ‘Prefers’ not to make any arrests of “protesters”.
RECOMMENDATION: In addition to avoiding areas where protests are taking place it should be taken into account that protesters will be emboldened with the knowledge that they will not be arrested nor prosecuted for their actions at these protests. Do not expect laws, we all follow and expect to be followed, to be enforced by the Portland Police Department going forward.

BE VERY WARY of anyone attempting to "organize" people on this board with an effort to documenting lists of people BEFORE THERE IS ANY VETTING. It is obvious that if you already know people then they are pre-vetted. I would propose that right now the ANTIFA / BLM organization has already found this website and is attempting to get ID's on people before we are able to organize and create a proper OPSEC for our side.
This issue is already being examined but a solution will not be coming over night. You can organize among yourselves all you like but do so with EXTREME caution. Be patient and diligent rather than be sorry.
