Portland, OR / 8/13/2020 / 2100 / “Last night was our last night in Portland” Oregon State Police

SIGACTS/SITREP: Oregon State Police are removing troopers from protecting the Portland Federal Courthouse and returning “resources back to counties where prosecution of criminal conduct is still a priority” said the OSP spokesman in reaction to the Multnomah County D.A. announcing he will not prosecute protesters. Oregon State Troopers were recently brought in to help police the Federal Courthouse in a brokered deal with the DHS to allow a draw down of Federal Officers from Portland.

RECOMMENDATION: Exercise extreme caution travelling through the downtown Portland area and especially near the Justice Center as violence and a heavier Federal Officer presence is likely to return to the area with the exit of the Oregon State Troopers.

NEW VETTING PROCESS IN PLACE

BE VERY WARY of anyone attempting to "organize" people on this board with an effort to documenting lists of people BEFORE THERE IS ANY VETTING. It is obvious that if you already know people then they are pre-vetted. I would propose that right now the ANTIFA / BLM organization has already found this website and is attempting to get ID's on people before we are able to organize and create a proper OPSEC for our side.

This issue is already being examined but a solution will not be coming over night. You can organize among yourselves all you like but do so with EXTREME caution. Be patient and diligent rather than be sorry.
