Portland, OR / 8/17/20 / 0930 / Over 60 Portland 911 calls go unheeded
SIGACTS/SITREP: On Saturday night over 60 911 calls went unanswered at the height of the protests in Portland. With the exit of the Oregon State Police and the inability of the Portland Police Department to arrest protesters it is becoming apparent that normal policing services have been seriously compromised. The calls for 911 ranged from hit and run, harassment, burglary, stolen cars, theft, violation of restraining order and vandalism.
RECOMMENDATION: The pace of devolution of law and order in the city of Portland is increasing. Increased self-reliance and vigilance is the only answer for times when law enforcement cannot be relied upon to enforce the law.

BE VERY WARY of anyone attempting to "organize" people on this board with an effort to documenting lists of people BEFORE THERE IS ANY VETTING. It is obvious that if you already know people then they are pre-vetted. I would propose that right now the ANTIFA / BLM organization has already found this website and is attempting to get ID's on people before we are able to organize and create a proper OPSEC for our side.
This issue is already being examined but a solution will not be coming over night. You can organize among yourselves all you like but do so with EXTREME caution. Be patient and diligent rather than be sorry.
