SIGACTS/SITREP: Activists are gathering supplies to support an occupation at the Cal Anderson Shelterhouse, which was a hub within the area formerly known as the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone. Activists are requesting donations of gas masks, bulletproof vests, and other protective gear that has been used in conflicts with law enforcement.

RECOMMENDATION: Capitol Hill and Downtown Seattle continue to be hotbeds for ANTIFA and BLM activity. Use extreme caution in these areas and expect the police involved shooting in Kenosha, WI to be used as a catalyst to rouse crowds and demonstrators.

SIGACTS/SITREP: Activists are gathering at 20:00 on August 24 in Cal Anderson to demonstrate about the police shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Various violent groups will be in attendance and property destruction and general violence should be expected in the Capitol Hill and Downtown areas of Seattle.

RECOMMENDATION: Use extreme caution in these areas for the next several weeks as widespread property damage and mob violence is particularly likely following the police involved shooting in Kenosha, WI. Travel through Downtown Seattle via I-5 and the SR-99 should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.
